Fido is an electric stiarclimber designed for everyday life. It allows you to carry loads on the floor and especially up the stairs.
It’s ideal for shopping, pellets, tool boxes, small appliances and all the items that, more or less frequently, happen to have to transport in the apartment.
Fido combines the typical mechanisms of professional saliscale: the handling by two groups of three wheels and the handling by tracks. In this way, the device is not only agile and efficient, but also durable and able to withstand significant loads.

It does not go beyond 70 decibels, which corresponds to a slight buzz.
However, if you live in an apartment building, we recommend that you do not use it at night and generally, during quiet hours, you are prohibited from making noises from 22:00 to 7:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00 on weekdays.
As for public holidays and weekends, the hours of silence may vary depending on the condominium regulations and local regulations. Ultimately FIDO Stairclimber is not noisy but not… totally silent.
Fido can withstand a maximum load of 30 kg (Mate 30 and Mate 30 Plus) and 20 kg (Standard version), which is equivalent to a medium-small appliance, a very abundant expense, a large batch of pellets. In short, it is more than enough to meet the needs of everyday (and not only).

Fido is powered by a 24 volt lithium battery (Mate 30 and Mate 30 Plus) and 12 volts (Standard version).

The first involves a telephone contact, during which we become aware of the problem and provide the customer with indications for a resolution independently, where possible.
